Order Header
The Order Header allows you to quickly view all critical information related to your order, including the Motili order number, PO number, and current status.
View Additional Order Details
Contractors can click Additional Details to view:
Payment information
Order dates
Clients can click Additional Details to view:
Pricing
Order status
Property address
Return information
View Exception Flag Information
Click the Exception Flag icon on an order to view:
The issue description
Exception type
Current status
Date the exception was created
Order Document Contacts
View all contacts associated with the order, including vendors, clients, and internal users.
Available Actions (Based on Order Status)
Depending on the current order status, users can:
Export a PDF of the order
Request a cancellation when the order is in Submitted or Ordered status
Click on Action and select Cancel.
Select a cancellation reason and provide any additional comments.
Request a return when the order is in Completed or Closed status
Click on Action, then select Return.
Fill in the return reason and select the items that are requested to be returned.
Verify the associated serial numbers and click Create Return.
Order Tabs
All other order-related information is organized into the following tabs:
Overview Tab – Displays shipping details, vendor information, and all line items
Order Details Tab – Includes vendor details, logistics, references, and special instructions
Comments Tab –
Motili user comments are marked with a Motili logo
External user comments are marked with a silhouette icon
Files Tab – Upload and store the following file types:
Bill of Lading
Damage Verification
LowNox Waiver
Proof of Damage
Proof of Delivery
Proof of Return
